Summary
No.11 is a pretty Victorian red brick, 2 bedroom, 2 storey, terraced house in a secluded road a 15 min walk from Colchester town centre and North Station and 4 min drive from the A12.
The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a modern feel.
There’s much to do in this historic city (England’s first recorded town) so you won’t be wanting for things to do – try out Colchester Castle Museum with it’s fascinating history nestled within beautiful Castle Park in the town centre.

RUN OF THE HOUSE
Booking No. 11 grants you access to the whole house and the rear garden / patio
PARKING
On-street parking is available with prior authorisation and we can provide a free digital / virtual permit for on-street parking for one vehicle for the duration of your stay. After making a booking we will message you to enquire if you require parking and provide further details on the process if you do.
KEY SAFE
With a key safe outside the property gaining access is straightforward and at your convenience during the course of your stay.
Transit
On-street parking is free of charge (for one vehicle) and if needed can be booked with us before your arrival. Parking is on the street(s) outside and adjacent to No 11.
There are many very nearby bus routes and the railway station is a 15 minute walk away.

As well as hosting I work as a personal trainer, helping others meet their health and wellness goals. I’m also the proud parent of three wonderful grown up children who continue to inspire me.

ACCESSIBILITY
The accommodation is over two levels and despite being the norm for period properties in the area, the carpeted stairs are steep and there are no stair gates provided. Therefore we do not recommend booking No. 11 for guests or pets who:
* have mobility issues
* are elderly or unsteady on their feet
* have young children that need supervision near steep stairs
